How much does a single check cost?
A verified check costs $15 and includes a full report with theft history and a verified PDF certificate.
What do I get with Watch Monitoring?
For $10 per month, we monitor one watch serial number and email you if its status in our registry changes. Contact support if you need to change the monitored watch or cancel.
What does a verified certificate include?
A verified certificate is a dated PDF document showing the serial number checked, the result, and a unique verification code. It is accepted by most dealers and insurers as evidence of due diligence.
Can I check multiple watches at once?
Business plan subscribers can upload a CSV file with up to 500 serial numbers and receive batch results. API access is also available for integration into your own systems.
Do checks expire?
A verified certificate is valid at the time of issue. We recommend re-checking any watch if a significant period passes before completing a purchase.
Is there a refund policy?
If a check returns an inconclusive result due to a database error on our side, we will issue a full refund. Results that are Clear or Flagged are final — they reflect the state of our database at the time of check.
